4-5 Endives
4-5 Ham

Bechamel

Recipe:

Remove the first sheet off endives and dig the center.

Put in a hot water and wait they become tender.

Drain the water off the endives during one hour and press them firmly.

Roll ham around the endives and place them into recipient. Pour the bechamel on it with the cheese.

Bake in oven for a great color.
